Mike graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and from Purdue University with a Masters in Structural Engineering.

As the initial point of contact at Conger, Mike embodies authenticity, setting the tone for operations with clients through prioritizing transparency over appeasement. His dedication knows no bounds, often finding him reviewing emails and proposals at unconventional hours. Mike is highly responsive, recognizing the importance of timely communication, especially when critical information is at stake for colleagues. Furthermore, he holds himself accountable to a strict 24-hour response policy, ensuring prompt addressal of inquiries from clients, prospects, architects, engineers, and other valued business partners, even if an immediate answer isn't available, providing them with a clear timeframe for resolution.
