Brent joined Conger Construction Group in 2022 and oversees the daily operations, specifically focused on operational accountability, process efficiency, and personnel development and growth. With over a decade of operational experience in the U.S. military, private industry, and local government, Brent brings a unique approach to operational success and accountability. He graduated from Miami University with a B.A. in political science and the University of Dayton with a MPA. Brent stays actively involved in the community by serving on the Franklin City Council and the Warren County Foundation Development Committee.
Outside Conger
Brent and his family are members of LifeHouse Church in Lebanon where his wife, Corrina, works in children's ministry. During his time off, Brent enjoys golf, fishing, and spending family time at their cabin with daughters, Reese and Quinn.
