Valley View’s new PK-12 building will bring three communities comprised of over 1,700 students from Germantown, German Township, and Farmersville together into one 211,586 SF building. The new building includes three gymnasiums, 4H vocational agriculture rooms, a music room, science labs, cafetorium, and massive kitchen space. The building is being constructed just south of the existing

Valley View High School site, on 57 acres, while the existing school facility remains in full operation. Ordering long lead equipment early, such as the HVAC, has kept this project on schedule and below budget. The project is seeking LEED Silver certification, at minimum.
