The UC Grounds, Moving, & Transportation project consolidated the Grounds, Moving Services, and Transportation Services departments from several locations into one. The project renovated space in the existing building, provided a new facility including an outdoor storage area that is both covered and uncovered. By utilizing the design/build method, our expertise, and a committed team, Conger was able to design a larger addition within the owner’s budget. This enabled the owner to expand their program and incorporate other items into the finishes of the project.
