University of Dayton, Midmark Corporation

Midmark Corporation chose to relocate its executive offices from a small community north of Dayton to University of Dayton’s 1700 South Patterson building. This project encompassed gutting and renovating 20,000 square feet to include high-tech huddle rooms, conference rooms with ping-pong tables and video conferencing capability, executive offices and multiple gathering spaces which evoke a bar and billiards feel.
