University of Dayton Office of Advancement

This project consisted of a complete gut and renovation of a 22,000 square foot corporate office space for the University of Dayton Office of Advancement. As a private university, UD relies on philanthropic contributions form alumni and friends to support scholarships, academic programs, hiring, and building facilities. The primary focus of this project was to increase private support and alumni engagement, developing strategies for growth, and building and retaining a high-performance team. This all required a space that is comfortable, equipped with the latest teleconferencing systems and multiple collaboration spaces.
