This 21,000 SF renovation combined three existing structures into one open-concept administration headquarters for the Motz Group. The project contains unique woodworking, outdoor gathering spaces, a research/development area, and a vaulted “lantern” entrance. In addition, Conger constructed private offices as well as open areas, conference spaces, and indoor gathering spaces for collaboration.
