The Testerman Dental project is a Design-Build complete renovation of a 4,850 SF dental office located in Lebanon, Ohio.

The project took a tremendous amount of preconstruction planning and proper bid package creation. The client requested that their facility stay open and in operation throughout the renovation. Proper project phasing had to be thought out and articulated to all prospective bidders so no unexpected cost arose. Proper communication with local building departments, other building tenants, and fire officials was a must.
