The two phased renovation project of the Saint Timothy’s Episcopal Church on Beechmont Avenue totaled 17, 732 SF.
The first phase of this project was primarily the lower level, and included a new kitchen, flooring, paint and finishes. Initially Saint Timothy’s was at the same level as Beechmont Avenue. However, within the city’s scope of roadwork, the street was raised. Water runoff became a significant issue for the church. Conger was able to install a perimeter water drainage system to prevent further flooding of the lower level. The second phase consisted of new mechanical, electrical and lighting upgrades in the sanctuary along with new flooring, finishes, door openings and paint.
