A recent staff increase and the desire to grow its presence in the Dayton-area market prompted the financial services company to relocate its local office to a larger facility. Conger Construction Group aided in the relocation through a General Contracting agreement, doubling Baird’s local footprint. The new Baird Financial Group office boasts 10,250 SF of first floor Class A office space. The completed tenant fit out included new offices, meeting spaces, cafe and break room as well as a complete mechanical and Restroom build-out.
