The Otterbein Headquarters Project consists of the construction of a new three (3) story, 25,500 SF, structural steel and metal deck building. New electrical and gas service, sanitary piping and storm piping for roof drains and the installation of limited green space and landscaping also encompasses the project. The building is an open concept floor plan with workstations, perimeter offices, exposed ceilings, open stairs, and skylights. The 1st floor will house retail tenant space.
