Currently, many programs for students grades 6–8 are being held in small modular classrooms to account for the growth in the district. The construction of the new 206,000 SF Middle School will give students expansive common areas and classrooms and will provide a positive, bright, high-tech environment to thrive educationally and socially. The project is being constructed next to the new Fieldhouse and will include the demolition of the existing middle school, site work, a cafeteria, science labs, and offices.
