PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Middletown Middle school project is both OFCC and CMR. It achieved LEED silver status. The project includes a 133,000 square foot new learning system in the Junior High, a large scale bistro-like café area, and light wells incorporated into the inner core to bring in natural light.
