The Middletown High School and Middle School projects are both OFCC and CMR (including the renovation) and completed under GMP. Conger constructed a 133,000 SF new learning system, a large-scale bistro-like cafe area, and light wells throughout the inner core to bring in natural light. The 330,000 SF addition and complete renovation, the first since 1966, encompassed Middletown High School. Work included building a new arena and science wing, adding to the music areas, a new community center, classroom spaces, and offices.

The site work included building a retention pond, demolishing another school on the property, building a new track and field with a stadium, expanding parking, and doubling bus routes.
