PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The McCluskey Automotive Headquarters is located at 179 Commerce Boulevard, Loveland, Ohio. The project consisted of approximately 22,000 square feet of corporate Class A office space and 19,950 square feet of shop and back of house operations. The 2-story office houses the corporate offices, accounting services, meeting space, and cafeteria. The office is structural frame with metal deck and concrete fill. The exterior is metal studs with combined cultured stone veneer and ACM Panels. The shop is a pre-engineered metal building, clear span with structural steel framed mezzanines. The exterior is metal panels and the roof is a standing seam metal roof.
