Conger Construction Group was chosen as the CMR for the Mason Municipal Aquatic Center Project. This $20 million facility consists of three pools: a “splash” pool, a leisure pool, and a 10-lane, 50-meter/20-lane, 25-yard competition pool. The aquatic center seats 900 people and includes a pre-engineered metal building that houses restrooms and a community room. The project was completed on budget and on time despite a compressed schedule.
