PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In May 2017 a massive fire gutted the upper floors of three buildings in historic downtown Loveland, OH adjacent to the Little Miami Scenic Trail. Conger Construction Group was awarded the $3.2 million renovation project of one of the affected buildings. Out of the 9,600 SF, 7,600 SF of that is bar/restaurant, retail business, and hotel space. An additional 2,000 SF of outdoor seating will extend the bar and restaurant capacity.
