Lebanon Municipal Service Facility

This project encompassed the first Design-Build municipal service facility for the city of Lebanon’s maintenance department. The facility included a complete site development, 33,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with inside parking for 26 vehicles, a fleet maintenance area with rail crane, an office area with a locker room and restroom, along with a facility for snow removal equipment and increased parking.
