The Lebanon Municipal Service Facility encompassed the first design/ build municipal service facility for the City of Lebanon’s maintenance department. This project included a complete site development, a 33,000 SF pre-engineered metal building with inside parking for 26 vehicles, a fleet maintenance area with rail crane, an office administration area with locker room and restroom along with a new storage bin, an exterior covered storage facility for snow removal equipment, and increased parking.
