The Lebanon Municipal Service Facility encompassed the first design/build municipal service facility for the city of Lebanon’s maintenance department. This project included a complete site development, a 33,000 SF pre-engineered metal building with inside parking for twenty-six vehicles, a fleet maintenance area with rail crane, an office/administration area with locker room and restroom along with a new salt storage bin, exterior covered storage facility for snow removal equipment and increased parking.
