Conger Construction Group was chosen as the Design Build Contractor for the City of Lebanon Electric Storage Facility and site improvements. The single site facility consists of 8,000 SF concrete, masonry construction with wood trusses and shingles, with specially engineered foundations that are designed for a greater weight load than a conventional footer and foundation walls. The project required added site development for heavy duty roadways to allow larger equipment access to the building storage.
