The new Kejriwal Dental Facility is a 6,372 SF, 2-story, wood framed dental office. Situated on a busy roadway and on a tight site, the project was achieved by utilizing a retaining wall and underground storm water system. The facade was in keeping with the surrounding architecture as a courtesy to the community. One side of the building will house the day-to-day dental operations and the remainder of the building is built as a white box for future tenant space.
