Heritage Golf Club

The Heritage Golf Club renovations and additions required a tremendous amount of coordination with the entire project team. Conger was brought on early in the process to act as the owner’s Rep and Management lead for the project. Conger assisted the owner of the solicitation and selection of an architectural lead as well as managed the Design-Build component of the project. Heritage club’s desire to use this hybrid delivery method enabled Conger to showcase pre-construction and construction services. Conger oversaw every meeting from design, coordination, schedule, budgeting and permitting for the entire 3-phase project. A complicated issue was properly coordinating, planning and executing renovations in the heart of its busy season. This was able to be done with the Clubhouse being fully operational and no loss of days.
