PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project called for 21,000 square feet of pre-engineered metal building to house attic stacks for all district wide facilities, indoor truck storage, trade carpenter offices and truck storage, office administration area, bus wash facility, parking for 60 buses with blocker heaters and underground detention center. The facility consolidated all district wide operations as it relates to transportation, parking, fuel station, building maintenance and front office personnel who oversee the district building and grounds.
