This facility consolidated all district wide operations as it relates to transportation, bus parking, fuel station, building maintenance departments and front office personnel who oversee the district building and grounds. The program called for a 21,000 SF pre-engineered metal building to house attic stocks for all district wide facilities, indoor truck storage, trade carpenters offices and truck storage, office administration area, bus wash facility, parking for sixty buses with block heaters and underground detention center.
