The Fresenius Medical Care Dialysis Clinic is a new 7,275 SF dialysis clinic located in Milford, Ohio. Conger Construction Group was selected for this project through a qualifications based RFP with a GMP. Due to our thoroughness in the Proposal phase and interview, the owner felt Conger provided them the best opportunity to succeed. This project is a conventional framed facility with a tremendous amount of site development. The entire site was wooded and required a complete clearing, a 75’ x11’ segmental retaining wall was installed prior to the building pad creation.
