The new Village of Evendale Service Department Building will span 17,856 SF, thoughtfully designed to enhance functionality and complement the existing Service Department Annex. The facility will feature 2,960 SF of modern office space alongside a 14,896 SF drive-through garage, which includes a dedicated vehicle wash bay. Additionally, a 1,850 SF mezzanine will be situated above the garage’s support areas, maximizing efficiency and space utilization. Constructed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) and finished with a masonry veneer exterior, the building seamlessly blends durability with aesthetic harmony.
