The Deerfield Township Service and Pavilion facility was a $2 million split-site facility. One facility was a 12,000 SF PEMB service building
situated in an active township roads department and included demolition of the existing facility, new site development, and asphalt roadways for big equipment access. The 6,000 SF PEMB Deerfield Township Pavilion was constructed with modern restroom facilities and mechanical systems. The public use project included site improvements, an open space structure with state-of-the-art lighting and controls, stamped concrete, retaining walls, and granite chip parking surfaces.
