On Memorial Day weekend in 2017 a massive fire gutted a block of historic buildings adjacent to the Little Miami Bike Trail in Loveland, Ohio. Conger Construction Group was contacted to preserve as much of the affected buildings as possible and begin the revitalization of Loveland’s historic district. We were able to save and restructure much of the original historical attributes. The Project consisted of a 9,600 SF of preserved and renovated bar / restaurant, retail, and hotel space with an additional 2,000 SF of outdoor seating and entertaining to expand the restaurant capacity. Conger was able to preserve most of the building’s historical features and structure throughout the renovation.
