Bethany School

This project includes a total of 73,000 square feet. 27,000 square feet of that is existing space that will remain as is or receive renovation. The project is seeking LEED Platinum certification and includes a media center, larger classrooms and a dining addition. The historic structure will be comprised of administrative offices and a new gateway will greet students, staff and guests. The project transforms the campus in a significant manner. The new 3rd through 8th grade classroom will be the showcase of the construction. It will be a NetZero energy efficient building, the second most energy efficient school building in the nation. Conger is also constructing a convent, retreat center, and school.
