The Beavercreek Fire Station No. 1 is a 24,500 SF building that provides a state-of-the-art communications center and acts as a fire station, county emergency operations center and now a sheriff's substation. A portion of the facility also has a training room that doubles as a large meeting hall for government, service organizations and the community at large.
