The Moeller kitchen and student dining demolition and complete renovation included a new mechanical HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. The restroom groups were relocated in closer proximity to the kitchens. The new kitchen includes all new equipment, allowing the staff to provide hot breakfasts and lunches each day to 900 students and staff with room to grow for added enrollment. The kitchen and student dining areas have been transformed from a basement level to an aesthetically pleasing and wholly functional dining space that includes new cloud ceilings with all upgraded technology and mirror shined polished concrete floors boasting the long-standing Moeller High School blue and gold logo. The project was completed as an active campus with full student population as the work commenced.
