Alpha House of Beta Theta Pi

The Alpha House of Beta Theta Pi project consisted of 24,631 SF of new construction and interior renovations utilizing the general contracting method of delivery. The project highlights housing for a 51-man occupancy, complete interior and exterior improvements, an expanded dining hall to accommodate all brothers, casework, expanded and/or refurbished staircases, an elevator servicing all three levels, flex spaces to accommodate all brothers, and new restrooms. Site improvements consisted of a new parking lot including delivery access, property lighting, and landscaping.
